In keeping with Swhengtee International Investment Alliance’s philosophy of going global in real estate, this innovative company is continuing its mission to educate investors on the intricacies of property investment by expanding its reach to the disabled. The exclusive course, believed to be the first in the world, will be introduced in conjunction with Swhengtee’s 8th Anniversary Celebration today.
Commenting on the course, Swhengtee Group’s president, Dato’ Sri Gavin Tee said: “I have always believed that “Anyone can be a Property Millionaire”; this includes even the disabled who through property investment will be able to retire comfortably.”
With his 24 years of experience in property, the founding president of the group also revealed that he has been running charity and social programs for more than 15 years before he started on his property investment business and his investment education program. “I initiated a program called “Full Participation Initiative” 13 years ago which emphasized on the participation of everyone in nation building, social activities and financial planning. When it comes to property investment, I hold the same belief – that everyone can participate in it, and that if done right, anyone can become a millionaire.”
The first-of-its-kind program will be similar to the regular program offered to the public who would have to pay RM10,000 – but is now offered free to the disabled. “I will personally train and coach them to succeed in building up their portfolio,” said Tee.
To start the ball rolling, Tee’s initial action plan is as follows:
1. Invite the disabled to be in their committee. As this is a very long term program, the Group needs leaders to build up the confidence and interest in property investment. Both English and Chinese programs will be offered.
2. Invite developers and businessmen to sponsor the programs; and the media to support the initiative.
“To make “Anyone can be a Property Millionaire” a reality, I will also publish a book by the same name, as well as start a TV reality show which has been in planning for more than 4 years. I will prove to the world that anyone can be a property millionaire - even if you are retired, a fresh graduate or are physically disabled. These will all take place in 2016.”
The program will be officially launched in the “Swhengtee Real Estate Investment Expo KL 2016” held in Mid Valley Exhibition Centre on 26th – 28th February 2016.
